HHHS Minden Site

The Minden site of HHHS currently includes ambulatory clinics (physiotherapy, bone densitometry, DEN/Gain, and outpatient x-ray by appointment).

Long-Term Care and Other Services

The HHHS - Minden site is the location for Hyland Crest (a 62-bed Long-Term Care facility), as well as program offices for Supportive Housing and Diabetes Education, which are located on the second floor in the Community Health Area.

The Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network (GAIN) offices are adjacent to the site, located at 8 Winchester Street.
