As we look ahead to the future of healthcare in our region, we are proud to share our refreshed Strategic Plan for 2025– 2028—a vision grounded in our unwavering commitment to the people we serve and the team members who make our work possible. Our mission remains rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to high-quality care, no matter where they live.
At the heart of our strategy is a renewed focus on optimizing health and wellbeing in Haliburton County through growth and innovation. With healthcare constantly changing, we are committed to growing and innovating in ways that are responsive, sustainable, and centred on the needs of our people and communities.
Our strategic directions set a clear path forward:
- We will deliver compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care that puts individuals and families at the forefront of every interaction.
- We will nurture and support a thriving team culture, recognizing that our people are our most valuable assets.
- We will cultivate partnerships to strengthen care delivery, working alongside community organizations, healthcare partners, and local leaders to broaden our impact and co-design our future.
