HHHS Auxiliary Location and Hours
The Minden Health Care Auxiliary Gift Shop is located just inside the Hyland Crest Entrance. The Gift Shop is open Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from noon to 3 p.m.
Our members are pleased to offer gift items, clothing, purses, and snacks and beverages that residents and staff enjoy having close at hand.
Minden Health Care Auxiliary
The Minden Health Care Auxiliary was founded in 2000 and has raised over $240,000 for the Hyland Crest Long Term Care and the Minden Emergency Department.
The Minden Health Care Auxiliary supports the Minden Long-Term Care Home, Urgent Care Centre, and Community Suppprt Services in Haliburton County.
New members are always welcome!
Interested in being a Minden Healthcare Auxiliary member?
Members meet three times a year and communicate on an as needed basis via email. Members help out with fundraising initiatives, staff the gift shop, help out in Hyland Crest, and are part of our executive team.
Anyone interested in joining the auxiliary should contact Pat Bradley, Secretary, at 705-934-0011 or Gail Simon, President, at 705-286-4087 and contact Volunteer Services volunteering@hhhs.ca 705-457-1392 ext 2926 to complete the process of becoming a Volunteer for HHHS.
