COVID Outbreak at Hyland Crest Declared Over

Hi Community,

On May 27th, a COVID outbreak was declared at Hyland Crest Long Term Care Home. On June 7th, the facility-wide outbreak has been declared over.

While the outbreak is over, please be reminded of the importance of hand hygiene. Washing hands thoroughly and/or leveraging HHHS-supplied hand sanitizer helps stop the spread and keeps us all safe. A huge thank you to the team for all of their support and due diligence during this time. Our staff is absolutely incredible!

Should you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Tina Amodeo Administrator (x2249), Tammy Chamney DOC (x3236) or Katelyn Amodeo-IPAC Lead (x2275).

Thanks so much,

Veronica Nelson
President & CEO HHHS
