MEMO - Respiratory Outbreak at Hyland Crest

Dear Community,

On December 28th, Lakelands Public Health declared the upper level of Hyland Crest Long-Term Care Home to be in a Respiratory Outbreak.

All symptomatic residents have been isolated to their rooms and placed on droplet and contact precautions with enhanced cleaning and outbreak measures in place.

The team at Hyland Crest is working diligently to reduce the spread of this infection and keep our residents and their families safe.
